Mountain Chalet

Surrounded by the splendour that is the rugged Rocky Mountains, our Mountain Chalet offers a cozy, vintage setting inside, and a spacious outdoor patio complete with a view of the valley, outside.
Mountainside Clubhouse
Accommodates up to 100 guests
The perfect place “fore” your big day! Our rustic clubhouse overlooks the flawless fairways of Mountainside Golf Course, set against a backdrop of rugged Rocky Mountains.
Lodge Banquet Rooms
Ranging from 10 to 200 guests
Choose the space that’s right for you with three different banquet rooms in our cozy mountain lodge. The traditional reception setting is both convenient for guests staying in the lodge and offers close proximity to all the resort amenities.

With a total of seven meeting rooms, several food & beverage venues and spectacular outdoor spaces designed to accommodate anywhere from 10 to 250 people, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort is more than just a venue – it’s the full experience. Our food & beverage team blends their talent with your tastes for a custom catering experience sure to impress. It’s not meeting food or event food – It’s great food!

Our meeting rooms are multi-purpose with built-in audiovisual equipment and offer a variety of room configurations. We also offer private buy-outs and group reservations in our restaurants.
Cedar Room
Our Cedar Room is the largest banquet facility available, it’s a functional space and can be arranged to suit your needs and can be utilized for a wide variety of different group functions.
Pine Room
This room can be sectioned off into two rooms and is a functional space with a variety of different configuration options.
Birch Room
Our Birch Room mirrors the Spruce Room with a party door between the two for additional space.
Boardroom
This room seats up to 12 people around a large conference table. This classic room comes equipped with a 52-inch flat panel monitor with Internet connection.
Mountain Chalet
Located at the base of the ski hill (3 km from the lodge) the two-story, vaulted ceiling Chalet is available for private functions from May until December.
Mountainside Clubhouse
Located at the Mountainside Golf Course (1 km from the lodge) Mountainside Clubhouse features panoramic golf course views and a post and beam construction.
Spruce Room
Our Spruce Room can also be sectioned off into two rooms and also makes for a perfect break out room.
